SHIPPING POLICY
All links to download digital products including, but not limited to, e-books, sound meditations, audio downloads, courses, etc. are immediately delivered at checkout upon purchasing. You will also receive an email confirmation of your purchase, including the download links. Please note that you have 30 days to download and save these files to your phone, tablet, computer, or device, after which the download link will expire. If your link has expired and you need to renew it, please email us at contactus@themeditationfamily.com and we will send you new links.

All physical products are packaged and shipped within 3-5 days after purchase (unless otherwise stated by the specific product). Some products are made to order and may take additional time to process--these details will be included in the product description before purchasing. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED DUE TO WAIT TIMES.

Shipping is provided via USPS and may take 2-5 days to arrive, depending on the shipping speed chosen at checkout. Shipping speed selected at checkout does not include actual production time of *made-to-order* items. With the exception of made-to-order items, please allow a total of 10-12 days for your products to arrive.
Tracking numbers are updated and sent via email. International orders are subject to additional customs fees and may take up to two weeks or more to arrive depending on custom procedures in your country.

incorrect shipping address​
If you need to correct the address on your order, you may notify us via email contactus@themeditationfamily.com at any time prior to your order being shipped. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping information. If an order has been marked as delivered to an incorrect address due to information provided to us by the customer, we are not responsible for providing a refund or reshipment of your order--you must purchase your order again using the correct delivery address.

returned packages
If an order is returned to us, you are responsible for a reshipping fee. If you need to update or correct an address after a product has been purchased, please do so by sending an email to contactus@themeditationfamily.com including your name and order number.

stolen packages
The Meditation Family is not responsible for stolen packages. Unfortunately, once an item has been marked as delivered by USPS to the address provided on your order, there aren't many options for us to go about retrieving the whereabouts of that order. It is recommended to file a claim directly with USPS.

lost packages
Once your package has been shipped, it is now in the possession of USPS. If it is delayed or lost, please file a claim with USPS.
returns & exchanges
All digital products and services, including, but not limited to, e-books, sound meditations, audio downloads, courses, workshops, mentorship programs, etc. are final sales and non-refundable.
To cancel a payment plan for mentorship programs, you may contact us directly by emailing contactus@themeditationfamily.com.
Due to safety restrictions, all sales of physical products are final. However, physical products are subject to replacement if they are damaged upon arrival and have not been worn. Customers have 14 days to email us at contactus@themeditationfamily.com to notify us of any issues with their purchase.
To process a replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging to our provided PO Box address within 14 days of communication. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and providing us with a tracking number. Once the item has been received, we will cover the new cost of shipping and send out a replacement along with new tracking information.
