SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
All links to download digital products including, but not limited to, e-books, sound meditations, audio downloads, courses, etc. are immediately delivered at checkout upon purchasing. You will also receive an email confirmation of your purchase that include the download links. Please note that you have 30 days to download and save these files to your phone, tablet, computer, or device, after which the download link will expire. If your link has expired and you need to renew it, please email us at email@example.com and we will send you new links.
All digital products in the form of readings (tarot, life path, natal chart, etc.) each have their own specific time of return. For further details on return times, please refer back to the detailed description of the respective reading.
All physical products are packaged and shipped within 3-5 days after purchase (unless otherwise stated by the specific product). All domestic orders are priced to include the cost of shipping. Shipping is provided via USPS and may take an additional 2-5 days to arrive, depending on your address. Please allow a total of 10-12 days for your products to arrive. Tracking numbers are updated and sent via email. International orders are subject to shipping costs and may take up to two weeks or more to arrive depending on custom procedures in your country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All digital products including, but not limited to, e-books, sound meditations, audio downloads, courses, etc. are final sale and not subject to refunds or exchanges.
All digital products in the form of readings (tarot, life path, natal chart, ect.) are final sale and not subject to refunds or exchanges. Please be sure to thoroughly read the product descriptions of the different types of readings that are provided for further details on return times, information required to complete your reading, and more. Please ensure that you submit accurate information for your reading to prevent delays in return times. Readings will not be completed if the information required has failed to be submitted and refunds will not be provided based on customer's failure to do so.
All sales of physical products are final. However, physical products are subject to replacement in the event that a product or shipment is lost or damaged upon arrival. Customers have 14 days to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of any issues with their purchase, where we will provide you with pre-paid postage to return your item. You may print this label to return your product(s). Once the item has been received, we will send out a replacement.
