The Honoring Your Sacred cycle workshop is a two-day mini-series from the full Sacred Cycle Immersion coaching program for those who want to explore the phases and energetics of the menstrual cycle, how to manually chart their cycle for deeper self-awareness, sacred practices for nurturing feminine health, and much more!​

During this workshop, we will cover:

1. The Energetics of the Menstrual Cycle: A breakdown of the four physical & energetic phases of the cycle, what they reveal to us about our overall state of health, & how they align with the moon phases and seasons of life

2. Reframing Menstruation as a Sacred Ritual: Learn practices for turning your period into a time of rest, reflection, and intuitive connection

3. Womb Wisdom & Emotional Healing: Explore how emotions, trauma, and life experiences are stored in the womb space and how to begin releasing & clearing them

4. Herbal & Holistic Support for Each Phase: Simple herbal allies, foods, and self-care practices to nourish your body through each stage of your cycle

5. Menstrual Cycle Tracking & Charting Tools: Learn how to manually track your physical, emotional, and spiritual shifts throughout your cycle for deeper self-awareness

6. Breaking Generational Wounds Around the Feminine: A discussion on reclaiming womb wisdom as ancestral medicine and how to release shame, silence, and societal/generational conditioning around menstruation & womanhood

7. Honoring Non-Bleeding Cycles: How to stay connected to the sacred cycles even if you're pregnant, postpartum, menopausal, or don't currently bleed

8. Integration & Embodiment Practices: Breathwork, journaling prompts, and somatic & embodiment exercises to help you integrate these teachings into your daily life​
